The Author:

Shirley Weyrauch recently retired after twenty-two years as the Christian Education Coordinator at Christ Church, Orrville. She originally earned a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University, but changed her direction to better attend to her family life. She completed the "Leading Contemplative Prayer Groups and Retreats" program through the Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation.

Shirley has been interested in photography since her college days, where she took some art classes to escape the science and pharmacy buildings. She has since honed her photographic skill through workshops and short-term courses.

In addition to photography and writing, she enjoys reading, music, being outdoors, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
